1. Complete HVAC Service

Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems offers complete HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) service. We service what we sell. Our technicians are factory trained and EPA certified. They take great pride in their thoroughness and attention to detail. Our technicians don't just repair the problem, they check the entire piece of equipment. With a thorough check of the equipment, future repair work may be avoided. This benefits our Customer by avoiding the inconvenience of a breakdown and another repair bill.

We service most brands of HVAC equipment and every effort is made to perform timely repairs. However, we may not stock all the parts needed to repair other brands of equipment. We make every effort to obtain the parts needed on a timely basis. Our goal is to restore comfort to our customer in a short time.

Service calls are scheduled during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. However, we provide after hours emergency service. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When the Customer calls our office they will be greeted by our Answering Service. Our representative will listen to their concerns and take down all information. If the Customer needs immediate service our representative will contact our on-call service technician. The technician will call the Customer in approximately five to ten minutes to discuss the nature of the emergency and arrange a service visit if necessary. Our Customers have the comfort of talking with a live person that will handle their concerns immediately.

2. Equipment Service Program (E.S.P.)

Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst. These are the times when your comfort systems must work the hardest and you need it most. That is why Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems recommend planned service with our E.S.P. Equipment that is regularly maintained helps avoid unexpected breakdowns, decreases operating costs, protects and prolongs the life of the equipment and gives our customers peace-of-mind.

E.S.P. members receive seasonal equipment maintenance at no charge, automatically scheduled appointments at our customer's convenience, priority service status, and should the equipment need repair, a 10% discount on all repair parts and labor. Another benefit is that coverage is transferable to a new homeowner, if your home is sold during the agreement coverage period. E.S.P. members also receive newsletters that keep them up-to-date on the latest products and services we offer, as well as our current promotions, and energy saving tips and information.

3. Installations

Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems offers complete HVAC installations for new homes. We take pride in working with the homeowner to design a system that produces the indoor comfort that meets their needs and budget. We provide a complete range of products to make your new home a healthy environment, including: high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners, humidifiers, air cleaners, and heat recovery ventilators. We also offer decorative gas stoves and fireplaces for that special area in your home and heaters for your garage.

You don't need a new home to enjoy the benefits of an indoor comfort system. You may just be interested in replacing your current furnace or air conditioner, or you may want better indoor air quality. We will schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you to discuss your concerns.

If a new furnace or air conditioner is desired, he will measure up your home for proper sizing, check the air duct system for proper air flow, and your electrical service for proper power requirements. You will receive a written proposal listing exactly what equipment is being recommended, items included that are needed for the installation, and warranties. Options are also listed that include recommendations for your consideration such as higher efficiency equipment and air treatment products. The price listed will be what you pay. There are no additional charges and sales tax is included in the price.

Whether it is new construction or a replacement or add-on, you will find our installers knowledgeable, factory trained, skilled professionals. They are detail oriented and take great pride in a clean worksite.

4. In-House Sheet Metal Fabrication

Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems fabricates custom sheet metal duct and fittings for your installation with "on-site" fabrications. Fittings can be individually manufactured to perfectly adapt to existing ductwork configurations and enhance the aesthetics of the job. We are not limited to normal sized ductwork and are able to size the duct needed for the air flow and the air in which it needs to be installed.

5. "HouseWatch" Program

Al Beyers Indoor Comfort Systems "HouseWatch" program is highly valued by our customers who use it. They can leave town to go on vacation, or visit family, and not have to worry about who is watching their home while they are away. We inspect their home once a week, or as desired by the customer, and check to make sure there are no problems with their heating, air conditioning, electrical, or plumbing systems. If we discover a problem with the heating or air conditioning, we immediately send a service technician to correct it. Our customer provides us with a list of preferred electrical and plumbing contractors. If there is a problem with the electrical or plumbing systems, we contact the listed contractor to correct the problem. Our customers appreciate the peace-of-mind that their home is being taken care of.
